Rollers and Drive Wheels
Rollers and drive wheels are power transmission components that are used with conveyors, pulleys, and belt-driven equipment. Rollers are machined metal cylinders with a molded rubber coating. They rotate around a central axis and are often used with machines and equipment that incorporate a conveyor belt. Drive wheels are also used in industrial applications, but are secured to a shaft with a keyway or set screws. Like rollers, drive wheels require reliable rubber-to-metal bonding.
The Rubber Group provides rubber rollers and drive wheels for food production, agriculture, laminating, woodworking, and many other applications. Our solutions range from low-cost, tube-fabricated wheels and rollers to molded products for heavy-duty, high-performance applications. All our rubber drive wheels and rollers are precision ground to the concentricity and total indicator reading (TIR) that you require.
